After WATCH in 2022, and FLOUZ in 2023

The Paradox Palace triptych ends with KRUSH, a third creation at the Théâtre du Châtelet, and PARADOX STADIUM, a free festival.

It will bring together all the participants and speakers of the Paradox Palace rhizome.

Prisoners and former prisoners, residents of nursing homes, Samusocial de Paris, CE1 students, patients of APHP.

Authors, illustrators, lawyers, prison guards, doctors, nurses, economists, social workers, actors, acrobats, musicians, athletes...

Always with the complicity of virtuoso pianist Shani Diluka and electro creator Matias Aguayo.

Production: Paradox Palace

Co-production with the Théâtre du Châtelet.

Krush

KRUSH, CORRESPONDENCE BOOK

Between romantic and family crushes and crashes, bonds and relationships are put to the test. The intimate correspondence of residents of Samusocial, nursing homes, CE1 students, and people in the justice system will be brought to life on the Châtelet stage by the Paradox Palace, actors, former prisoners, and residents of social housing and nursing homes.

Writing about relationships means writing about the gaze and the connection. It means working on the relationship between these confined spaces and the "outside," the "active" society. But it also means bringing to life the relationship between these spaces, or within these spaces, between caregivers and those being cared for, guards and those being guarded, teachers and those being "taught"... It also means making room for love, for family; it means visits to the visiting room, marriages, and the children of detention or illness. Finally, it means thinking about the relationship between the State and the institution, between political decision-making and individual journeys.

Carried by the percussive beats of Trio SR9, Krush is a unique musical creation based on Bach's preludes and fugues performed by Shani Diluka and their festive transformations by Matias Aguayo.
